My money...

I try the 7 day free trial of Select TV after reviewing some of the material I saw I immediately went online to cancel my free trial I followed the directions according to cord cut to cancel my trial I even called the number which no one picks up no one ever picks up I really don't understand the purpose of them having a phone number I followed the directions I left my complete name phone number and email address for someone to respond no one never responded I was calling to confirm before they charge me they did cancel my trial the next morning I woke up l looked at my online banking only to see they charged me I've been trying my hardest to get my money back I do not care to have that Services it is not worth the money which is why I cancelled my trail now they're giving me the runaround for a full refund it appears as though I will have to seek legal advice I would not recommend this services to anyone they're full of excuses

I bought the guide for 19.99 plus shipping @it never showed up anywhere @i wanted to try it with your service witch I took the 7day free trial before I decided to take it or not.

Problem

I have a problem with the tv I have and here it is! My tv is a Hisense ROKU from Costco! It will not connect to selecttv. The app finally shows on but the tv screen, won't connect. Meanwhile somehow I got a call from ROKU stating the tv wont work unless I pay $150.00 to connect! Some guy emailed me!!!!! I told him I don't pay the bills. Call my husband back later! His name was supposedly Steve but I couldn't understand his English! Then I contacted you ! They gave me a video to watch and names of Tvs that just click it and it will connect! Well this tv I just bought wasn't on that list Hisense ! The person tried to help me, but no way is it working! Meanwhile Steve has given me a few days free! He told me only 24 hours and that is it if I don't pay, my tv wont work! I don't know if this is what the system is, but they should have put this info on the outside of the tv box! It sounds like the package you purchased is for one full year of service at $19.95 per year, plus $4.95 s&h. Note that this is an annual, not a monthly fee.

With regard to the channels available - All users located within the U.S. will have access to the same channels in our library, as well as thousands of on demand TV shows and movies. Though we also send users an HDTV antenna to help receive additional live OTA channels.
