Yes they do. The site doesn't work half the time and doesn't load channels.

Also their live help is a joke. 20 minutes and still nothing.

Sure it's 24/7. This site could be great but instead it is a joke.

Want more info regarding services

This program requires me to pay more money for the channels that I can watch under a program that I was previously paying $25 per month carries every channel listed under this program plus premium channels. Therefore I will be asking for a refund for this program because I do not plan to pay $40 per month for HD channels when I can get those same channels as clear as I desire under a $25 per month plan.
