Want more info regarding services

This program requires me to pay more money for the channels that I can watch under a program that I was previously paying $25 per month carries every channel listed under this program plus premium channels. Therefore I will be asking for a refund for this program because I do not plan to pay $40 per month for HD channels when I can get those same channels as clear as I desire under a $25 per month plan.

I'm unable to speak to someone about my refund. I return everything on 8-6-2020. I receive it on 7-24-2020. Needed customer service so someone can speak to live person. This is unacceptable. Bowesugar@***.com

I can't get activated. All I want' now is to get refunded for the money that what put in.

This is the worst experience. Although I will say that live chat tried to be really helpfull. I just want my money refunded.

Didnt received my package

Had not received my package in 4 weeks called them gave them my information now they're telling me that they have no order under my name or address even though they took the money off my card told me to contact my bank and see if there was an error in the money being transferred to something else

User's recommendation: Do not buy anything from these people they are scam artists and they are out there to rip you off for $24 l.95.

SCAM!!!!

SelectTV - SCAM!!!!
I bought this and was skeptical. First of all they didn't complete the shipping label correctly so my order got returned and it took 2 weeks to get it. Their customer service is the worst. They are specifically set up so that you can never contact a human being. I have left multiple messages and no one ever calls back. I did the 7 day trial and canceled it first day, it sucked and did not cast. The free movies and channels are horrid and not current. I have made multiple attempts to cancel my premium, I get a message saying it was canceled successfully but it is NOT. They took $40 from my account and now will not respond to me. Their so called 24/7 customer service knows nothing and says they will email the department and I should hear back 24-48 hours and I NEVER DO OR HAVE. I am reporting this company to the BBB and Consumer Affairs for fraud. Buyer beware. DO NOT BUY THIS!!

Research to see if they are legitamate.

They are legit, but they are a streaming media guide, not a content provider. This means SelectTV searches, updates, organizes, and manages video links. They are not content providers like Comcast, Netlfix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube TV. They aggregate all the FREE content on the web into one easy to use guide (movies and TV Shows) from multiple video streaming providers and bring it all to one place for you.

Yes they do. The site doesn't work half the time and doesn't load channels.

Also their live help is a joke. 20 minutes and still nothing.

Sure it's 24/7. This site could be great but instead it is a joke.

They charged me $84 and I would just like to get a refund. I talked to someone on the phone and they said that they would let me have a refund and it would be within a week to ten days and I have not received it. They did not say anything about a refund request form.
