Can't get it to work

I don't like the services because you can I get in contact with the customer service they take your money fast but when it come down to hooking up the equipment when you get to you you can't get in contact with customer service they take you through a whole line of things if Jetson get in contact with customer service about their equipment

User's recommendation: Better customer service always have customer service available for the customer cuz it's hard to get in touch with child phone email whatever else you can think of I've been trying to get in touch with you guys for the last 3 months and I still haven't talk to a live person yet.

Trying to get s refund

Ordered select TV in March of 2020 and never received merchandise . When you try to call them you don't get a live person. They tell me to leave a message which I have done several times. I have trying to cancel and get a refund since March 2020.

This appears to be the old Set TV program

This appears to be the old Set TV program that went out of business ripping off 1000s of people. After buying their tuner and a years subscription they just shut down. Now it appears they are back with a new name. Same location in Tampa Florida. Beware

I would first like to clarify that we are not Set TV, nor have we ever had any affiliation with any company named Set TV. SelectTV actually began as an online service between 2016-2017 and has not gone out of business at any point in time.

Also, our company, FreeCast, Inc is based out of Orlando, FL and not Tampa.

I’ve been threatened by a select tv employee. I’m now turning it over to the authorities!

The British rude person from it said British Columbia Vancouver Canada. This *** needs reporting and fired from his clerk job.

I can assure you that no one associated with SelectTV/FreeCast has ever made any threat toward you, nor would any of our sales or support representatives ever take such an action with any customer or client. Also, please note that our office is based our of Orlando, FL and we do not have any British representatives handling our office phones.

It sounds like you have confused our service with another one altogether.
