I was refused a refund for the package.

The Select Tv I purchased states it had a 30 day money back refund policy. After several attempts to install the system, I called the support line for help. I could not speak To a human To get help, I called To get a RMA number only two be told they no longer honored that policy. I explained the purchase was less than 2 weeks old. Again I was told the same thing. Since I used a credit card for the purchase I called my credit union and disputed the charges and they are looping into my complaint. It has not been resoled as of this date.

Please note that SelectTV does not involve any installation of software. All customers simply register and activate their accounts online using the activation code provided in the package.

With regard to your claim about not speaking with a live person - That is completely untrue, as we actually offer 24/7 live support at https://support.selecttv.com/. Every time you enter a live chat, or submit a support ticket you are speaking directly with a real, live person. There is no longer a 30-day return option for Streaming TV Kit packages as of 10/26/20.

However, if you have anything in your package which references the risk-free 30-day trial, we will honor that and issue you a full refund upon receiving proof of that in the form of an image or screenshot. Please be sure to follow up with our live support team if you would like further assistance with that or your registered account.

SCAM!!!!

SelectTV - SCAM!!!!
I bought this and was skeptical. First of all they didn't complete the shipping label correctly so my order got returned and it took 2 weeks to get it. Their customer service is the worst. They are specifically set up so that you can never contact a human being. I have left multiple messages and no one ever calls back. I did the 7 day trial and canceled it first day, it sucked and did not cast. The free movies and channels are horrid and not current. I have made multiple attempts to cancel my premium, I get a message saying it was canceled successfully but it is NOT. They took $40 from my account and now will not respond to me. Their so called 24/7 customer service knows nothing and says they will email the department and I should hear back 24-48 hours and I NEVER DO OR HAVE. I am reporting this company to the BBB and Consumer Affairs for fraud. Buyer beware. DO NOT BUY THIS!!

Can Not get any human help trying To return the system

I have been trying to connect the system for over a week. I had my granddaughter try and she did not get it connected.You can not get any human help either. I have been trying to get the information so i can return the whole package. While trying to get the stuff Ineeded my printer took a dump. Ever since Ihave been trying to get a rma number. Can't talk to a human the service keeps sending me to more web sites. All Iwant to do is return the system before the 30 day return limit ends.stay

Cancel card cancel my card right now. I do not want this service just come to my car just cancel my car right now I do not want this to happen every time somebody tried to call you all y'all don't pick up your phone you got the wrong phone number or you can't get to y'all so you cancel my car right now.
