I was refused a refund for the package.

The Select Tv I purchased states it had a 30 day money back refund policy. After several attempts to install the system, I called the support line for help. I could not speak To a human To get help, I called To get a RMA number only two be told they no longer honored that policy. I explained the purchase was less than 2 weeks old. Again I was told the same thing. Since I used a credit card for the purchase I called my credit union and disputed the charges and they are looping into my complaint. It has not been resoled as of this date.

Please note that SelectTV does not involve any installation of software. All customers simply register and activate their accounts online using the activation code provided in the package.

With regard to your claim about not speaking with a live person - That is completely untrue, as we actually offer 24/7 live support at https://support.selecttv.com/. Every time you enter a live chat, or submit a support ticket you are speaking directly with a real, live person. There is no longer a 30-day return option for Streaming TV Kit packages as of 10/26/20.

However, if you have anything in your package which references the risk-free 30-day trial, we will honor that and issue you a full refund upon receiving proof of that in the form of an image or screenshot. Please be sure to follow up with our live support team if you would like further assistance with that or your registered account.

Return my item

I do not like this item and I want to return it for a refund

User's recommendation: I received my free tv device and tried it and did not like it and when I purchased the item The add said if not delited return it for a full refund well contaced them only by texting them finely they responded to me and told me that add was cancelled two months ago and I can not return it for a refund that is a lie I just putchased it two weeks ago. I signed up in october on the phone

I seen your commercial for 19.95 for a year, so i got 2years .you guys said it would take 14 days and" its" been a month now and have not received anything in the mail yet my name is under Shawn Munson,Could someone please let me know whats going on.thankyou.

Didn't send bill for September but on October bills charged for two months no show phone calls for September

As previously stated, our support is live. And when you enter the live chat you are chatting with a real, live person.

With regard to your RMA request - 30 Day Refunds are no longer available for customers who purchased their kits after 10/26/20, as is also confirmed in our Terms of Service agreement.

However, if you would like to open a support ticket I can certainly request for our order department to make an exception, to allow you to still return the package since it is close to that date. https://support.selecttv.com/

Can Not get any human help trying To return the system

I have been trying to connect the system for over a week. I had my granddaughter try and she did not get it connected.You can not get any human help either. I have been trying to get the information so i can return the whole package. While trying to get the stuff Ineeded my printer took a dump. Ever since Ihave been trying to get a rma number. Can't talk to a human the service keeps sending me to more web sites. All Iwant to do is return the system before the 30 day return limit ends.stay

No communication, I want to cancel get refund

Cancel and refund I purchased your program in sept I tried to get it to work even got with support several times I got apps for my so I could check it out. Select tv $40.00 month, $17.07,Vudu.com$14.93, plus $40.00 for this month. 0 To make a long story short when you sent my kid you did not send the antenna until October mean while I couldnt use the apps and being charged for them. Register code cutter with out the code

I can't talk to anyone live very very frustrating.

I couldn't cancel

I couldnt find a way to cancel subscription due to the fact that the website would redirect me to the App Store everytime. Charged me 40 dollars and will not offer me a refund even after they canceled it for me.
